 e framework of the training program of the IFCN- EMEAC. It is aimed at intr
 oducing the theoretical background and practical applications of transcrani
 al magnetic and electrical stimulation to researchers and clinicians. Every
  effort will be taken to cover the broad spectrum of areas involved in non-
 invasive brain stimulation from modeling to clinical trials and to highligh
 t recent developments in the field. Lectures will be presented by world-ren
 owned scientists and medical doctors, followed by practical exercises to em
 phasize the technical and theoretical backgrounds. The course will be held
